Can I change my purchase once I have received it?

You will be able to do it during the following 14 business days since you recieved your confirmation email (Both included) you can exchange any item except earrings for hygienic reasons.

Pieces recieved out of the 14 days, will not be changed.If you want to change your purchase, you must send the piece/s in its original packaging to our office:

We do not refund money.

Once we recive the jewel a voucher will be generated and can be exchanged within 30 days.

In these kind of cases, we do not take care of shipping expenses. This costs will be payed by PayPal
