DEVOLUCIONES Y CAMBIOS

Si desea devolver un artículo, contáctenos en info@aguade.es y le indicaremos los pasos a seguir. Todas las joyas deben estar en perfecto estado.

Por razones de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones de pendientes.

Si el artículo no le conviene, puede solicitar un cambio. Sin embargo, en este caso, los gastos de envío correrán a su cargo. 

El plazo para cualquier cambio o devolución es de 14 días a partir de la fecha de recepción.
Para solicitar la devolución, debes contactarnos en un plazo de 3 días desde la recepción de tu pedido.

Una vez aprobada la devolución, comprobaremos que el artículo está en perfecto estado, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación y el reembolso se procesará en unos días.

AGUADÉ.es se reserva el derecho a rechazar devoluciones que no se soliciten en un plazo de 14 días desde la entrega o de productos que no estén en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron enviados.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items purchased on aguade.es are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@aguade.es and we will guide you through the steps.
To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, returns on earrings are not accepted.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. 

AGUADÉ reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Register a return:

If you wish to return an item, please register your return by contacting us at info@aguade.es
State your order number, the name of the item(s) and size you wish to return.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not refund packages lost in transit.
We cannot refund or replace stolen or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an item is returned to aguade.es due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. AGUADÉ quality guarantee covers potential manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to:

Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. cracks from adjusting jewels too vigorously/frequently or bending of earring clasps.

Aesthetic changes, defects and damages due to normal wear/tear and ageing e.g. scratches/scores, oxidisation of silver or fading of gold plating.
